„Special Keynote“ zur Computex: Nvidias CEO kommt den Kollegen von AMD und Intel zuvor
Neben AMD und Intel wird auch Nvidia eine Keynote zur Computex 2024 in Taipeh, Taiwan, halten. Das hat der Konzern bekanntgegeben. Redner wird CEO Jensen Huang sein und dabei den Konkurrenten Lisa Su (CEO AMD) und Pat Gelsinger (CEO Intel) zuvorkommen.
Nvidias Keynote bereits am Sonntag
Denn Huang wird seine Rede bereits am Sonntag, den 2. Juni um 19:00 Uhr Ortszeit, im National Taiwan University Sports Center halten. Hinweise darauf, worüber Huang sprechen wird, gibt Nvidia noch nicht und auch die Computex führt die Veranstaltung (noch) nicht auf der Keynote-Übersicht. Allerdings ist fraglich, ob Nvidias Veranstaltung überhaupt zum Messeprogramm gehört.
AMDs Keynote zur Computex 2024 wird am Montagmorgen (3. Juni 9:30 Uhr Ortszeit), Intels Keynote zur Computex 2024 am Dienstagvormittag (4. Juni 11:00 Uhr Ortszeit) stattfinden. Beide Firmen haben bereits in Aussicht gestellt, worum es gehen wird.
Dr. Su will highlight the next generation of AMD products enabling new experiences and breakthrough AI capabilities from the cloud to the edge, PCs, and intelligent end devices.
Gelsinger will detail how Intel’s AI portfolio – including AI-accelerated Intel Xeon, Intel Gaudi and Intel Core Ultra processor families – unlocks new possibilities in the data center and cloud and across the world’s network and edge applications, and how it ushers in the age of the AI PC, transforming the future of productivity and creativity. Gelsinger will also discuss how Intel Xeon processors deliver exceptional performance-per-watt efficiencies, freeing up server capacity for more AI tasks while delivering optimal total cost of ownership (TCO) and power-saving sustainability benefits.

Weitere offizielle Computex-Keynotes halten unter anderem Rick Tsai, CEO bei MediaTek (4. Juni 13:30 Uhr Ortszeit), Cristiano Amon, CEO bei Qualcomm (3. Juni 13:30 Uhr Ortszeit) und Charles Liang, CEO bei Supermicro (5. Juni 13:30 Uhr Ortszeit). Die Computex 2024 findet offiziell vom 4. bis zum 7. Juni in Taipeh, Taiwan statt.
